We are sorry to hear you have not received your parcel in the timeframe you were expecting.

If you have received a dispatch email from us, then firstly check that the address we sent it to on the order is correct, especially the first line
and area code. If the address is correct, then it is likely that the parcel has been left in a safe place or taken in by a neighbour. Please could you check around your property and with anyone else in your household and neighbours incase they have taken it in without informing you.
