If the tracking for your order shows it as delivered, but you haven't received it, then we usually find that this is because you weren't in at the delivery address when the courier attempted to deliver.
They should leave you a card to notify you of this, but we find that this isn't always the case.
It is highly likely that your order has been delivered to a neighbour, a safe place, or taken to a parcelshop for collection.
Please check with all neighbours and any places around your property where couriers might leave a parcel.
If you still can't located it, please contact the courier with your tracking number and they will be able to give you more details on the precise location.
