If you have sent back an item for a refund, then we aim to process these within 48 hours of receipt (Mon-Fri). Very occasionally during exceptionally busy periods it may take a day or two longer, so we please ask that you bear with us. You will receive an email with details of the refund as soon as we have processed it. Depending on your bank, it can take up to 3 working days for them to return the money to your account once it has left us.
If you have sent back a faulty item for repair or replacement, then this can take up to 2 weeks until it is back with you. This is a very worst case scenario, for example, if a new cricket bat had to be made for you. Usually you will receive the repair or replacement within this time frame.
