FOR PRE-SALES ENQUIRIES
If you have a question about a product, please either send us a message by clicking on the "Get in touch" link at the bottom of this page, or send us a Whatsapp Message and we will respond to you as quickly as possible during working hours (9am-5pm GMT Mon-Fri, excluding Bank Holidays). If you are unsure of what size to order, then we provide a size guide under the description of the product if we have been supplied this by the manufacturer.
FOR ENQUIRIES REGARDING RETURNS OR REFUNDS
Please go to https://www.cricket-hockey.com/returns where you will find all the information about returns, including how to print off a returns form to send items back for a refund. We aim to process all refunds within 48 hours of receipt, but during exceptionally busy times it may take a few days longer. Please bear with us and we will email you as soon as the refund has been processed. You then need to allow up to 5 working days for your bank to return the money into your account (this delay is beyond our control). We do not accept exchanges as stock changes so quickly that the size you require may well be sold out by the time you send your order back. Instead we automatically refund all returns and ask you to re-order the size you require so we can get it straight out to you. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO VISIT OUR STORE
Our store is open to visitors between 9:30am and 5pm Tuesdays to Fridays and between 9am and 12 noon on Saturdays. Due to current coronavirus guidelines, it is essential that all callers book an appointment prior to coming as due to the size and layout of our premises, we can only accommodate three people from one family at a time. Please book an appointment at http://bookings.cricket-hockey.com. You will need to wear a face covering in-store and gloves (we will supply the gloves). Anyone turning up without an appointment is unlikely to be allowed inside, unless we happen to have a free slot at the time you arrive. If you are wanting a full Hockey Goal Keeping kit, then we recommend booking two 30 minute slots one after the other, as you will likely need 1 hour to try everything on. For all other purchases, please stick to one 30 minute slot.
TO PLACE AN ORDER
All orders must be placed through our website as we use real time stock control, and as soon as an order is placed, it will automatically adjust the stock. If you are having difficulty ordering online then we can do it for you over the phone if you call +44 (0)1725 584424. Our lines are open between 9:30am and 5pm GMT, Tuesdays to Fridays (excluding Bank Holidays). We are only a small team and are usually very busy picking and packing orders during the day, however we aim to answer all calls, but do bear with us if all our team members are tied up and can't answer straight away.
